This arbitration clause survives termination of the agreement.

The Site and all services are provided “as is” and without warranty. Alt Path Digital makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, timeliness, availability, or suitability of the information and services. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
